PROJECT 2

The aesthetics of the Maison Wilson Pre-Fall collection are closely related to the previous collection (project 1). The color palette includes navy blue, snow white and shades of blush. I worked with plaid cotton fabric, which let me work with a certain transparency, and I could play with different colors of lining and add architectural detail to the line. The silhouette follows simple geometric lines such as A-line tops and minimalistic coats. The breakpoints are cuffed pants and shirts, that soften the appearance. The collection was elevated with custom-made Swarovski pearl buttons with gold finishing.
